Weekly rentals only (in July and August minimum of 2 weeks), Saturday changeover.
Please note: this is a no smoking property. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Payment by bank transfer: 30% deposit requested to confirm reservation.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to beginning of stay.
Security deposit requested upon arrival and refunded upon departure.
End cleaning charge (compulsory): 50 Euros.
From 1st of November to 30th of April only, electricity is charged extra.
Bed linens, towels for bath and kitchen supplied on request for extra charge.
Special winter rates apply for longer term rentals.
RATES FOR 2010:
From 2nd of January to 26th of March:
350 Euros.
From 27th of March to 9th of April:
400 Euros.
From 10th of April to 30th of April:
350 Euros.
From 1st of May to 26th of June:
500 Euros.
From 27th of June to 3rd of September:
600 Euros.
From 4th of September to 29th of October:
500 Euros.
From 30th of October to 17th of December:
350 Euros.
From 18th of December to 7th of January 2011:
400 Euros.
