Weekly rentals only (in July and August minimum of 2 weeks), Saturday changeover.
Please note: this is a no smoking property. Sorry, I do not accept pets.
Payment by bank transfer: 30% deposit requested to confirm reservation.
Balance due 2 months prior to beginning of stay.
Security deposit of €400,00 requested upon arrival and refunded upon departure, if no damage occurs.
End cleaning charge (compulsory): €70,00.
Bed linens, towels for bath and kitchen supplied on request for extra charge.
Special winter rates apply for longer term rentals.
